It involves an intensive group evaluation process with a goal to identify key strengths, vulnerabilities, and areas of greatest potential. Facilitated by leaders who are experienced specifically in its analysis techniques, the entire
process, including the writing and presentation of a final report, is completed between 3-5 days.
Of the teams we have worked with, the majority of on-site recommendations were implemented
within a year of completion of the on-site session. Groups reported back that recommendations
resulted in major strategic change.
